I personally like it A LOT, but would only considering buying if I had a sentimental attachment to Dubai.
I’m so very over giant logo, so unless I got married there or something i would pass.
Like someone else mentioned, I wouldn't spend that unless it had a special meaning to me with Dubai.

For myself, unless Dubai was a travel destination and I wanted to pick it up as a souvenir or to use in my Dubai vacation photos, I wouldn't purchase this specific Neverfull. But then, I've just dropped $3000 CDN on a monoglam holographic Neverfull that I couldn't live without.
If Dubai has special meaning to you, and you absolutely love this design... then yes, it's worth it!
