Etinceler Authentication help

Hello, i recently brought a vintage Chanel and received the bag. I wanted to get it authenticated so i paid for Etinceler Authentication service online, by card. However, my email to them was bounced back twice, due to email address being invalid??! Anyone used their service recently?? I checked their website multiple times but still couldn't find any alternate contact details. Please help.

I just got my bag athenticated 3 days ago, no problems at all. Try using another email address to send the email?

Hi lovelies! It will be my 1st time trying to authenricate through etinceler... for peace of mind mostly, I dont intend to resell. Is the 7$ "a1 email authentication" normally enough? Other recommendation of chanel authenticators welcome, as I intend to auth. at least 2x Many many thanks!
