:shrugs: its funny how as a kid bloomies SAs controlled my wardrobe, then in high school i was a athletic sweats/sports authority/beach bum stores type of girl. now i want to clean up a bit, not overly, but to look neat, polished, yet casual. any suggestions?

true religion/rock and republic jeans or maybe a denim skirt
blousy shirt - try trina turk
long catchy necklace

You can still wear the flip flops..:P or maybe a low wedge.

revolveclothing.com has good examples.
