It's the medium. I had the small originally but it was just TOO small. It was all jammed up into my armpit. And for a height reference, I'm 5'6

that's probably why it looks bigger on you...I'm 5'9"...and the medium is kinda "jacked up" under my arm. heheh...need to get mine to "relax" so it slouches more.
