Hi Everyone!
I just purchased an H Clic Clac from the Las Vegas store while visiting over the long weekend, and, to my dismay, after wearing it for only two days the enamel in one of the top corners started to lift up! Not tons, but enough to be noticeable when viewed from the side, and enough to drive my OCD nuts. I wish I would have taken pictures to show you all before sending it back to the store for an evaluation to see how we will proceed (exchange, repair, etc.), but I wanted to get it shipped out asap. Has anyone else experienced or heard of anything like this?
To me, the only satisfactory solution would be to have the item exchanged immediately. I can understand having to send it for repair if I had owned it for months, or even weeks, and something like this happened, but not after TWO days. I spoke with the Las Vegas store over the phone (Eric, their repairs specialist) to let them know to expect the item back, but he couldn't promise any particular course of action without actually seeing the item. I completely understand that. Now I'm just waiting on pins and needles to see what he says once the item arrives. Anyone have any experience dealing with a similar situation?
Thank you all so much for taking them time to read this and contribute any thoughts!
