Empreinte leather piece coming off???

Hello,

I've had my Empreinte curieuse wallet for about a year now.
Just recently, I noticed a little piece of leather for one of the card pockets is splitting off. I pulled it and a long piece came off (you can see the fuzzy left over in the picture).
It doesn't seem to be glazed, so maybe it was cut wrong in the manufacturing process.

Would you say this is worth taking to an LV store?

If you are worried it might continue you can always check with LV to put your mind at ease. I don't own that exact wallet but I have noticed that once I start using my LV items they start to show some kind of sign of use fairly early.
