empreinte clés

i have wanted an empreinte clés for some time but have never seen it in person. i know it is bigger than the canvas version. seems a little large for a keyholder. for those that have this piece, how do you use it? wallet? catch all? something else? thanks

I use mine mainly as a wallet. I've used it as a key pouch for a while but now I have a 6 key holder so the clés is back to being a mini wallet. It can fit 14 cards and I keep cash and coins in the zipper compartment. Once or twice I've put bandaids, pain meds and a mini lipstick in the clés and it totally worked as well.

Definitely rather a mini-wallet. But to be honest I sold my one about a month ago (although I bought it in Paris on the last vacation before covid) because I just didn‘t use it enough. A „normal“ canvas cles fits my keys, a bit of cash, 4 cards (I have all others on my phone), 2 emergency allergy pills and even a folded bonus medical mask and is way more efficient size-wise. Also, I just can‘t stand the smell of the black empreinte leather, which I thought would fade with time, but it didn‘t.

I put my keyfob in it, along with my cards and cash. My canvas cles only fits my keyfob, and 2 cards. I can still fit the empriente one in my pocket when needed.

I mostly use it as a wallet but can put cards, cash, key Fob, and house key all in it. I dont use it as much as I thought I would but think it is a lovely piece.

I went to look at it last week. It is a lovely piece. I didn’t purchase it only because it is a bit bigger and something like the canvas cles would serve me better.

I adore mine and it holds quite a bit more than my normal cles. I actually use mine as a small wallet or with my coin card holder to carry additional cards. I’m impressed with just how much it holds plus it keeps my keys easy to locate when I need them lol.

One of my friends use hers as wallet, and everytime she pulls it out I give compliment it’s so beautiful in person, but it wouldn’t work for me as wallet.

I’ve used mine as a wallet before in the past and loved it as that but mostly as a key holder these days.

It holds my keys and car key fob perfectly. If I ever want to run out without a bag and wallet, I can put my ID and credit card and head out.

The empreinte leather is so durable and thick.

I also use it as a wallet, for my less used cards - like membership cards or store credit cards - and cash. I really appreciate that it has a separate section for coins. With covid I am using it less because we had not been going to museums etc or shopping. Or using cash for that matter. I think I still want to keep it though

I have two and I love them, I think they’re a great size. I use them the same as I do my other clés, which is to attach to my car key. I have used the Empreinte clés as a small wallet too though, plenty of space for cards, folded cash and even a few coins if you wanted, too. I love that it has a zipped compartment in the back as well.
