Hi all, I know this issue has been discussed before, but I have numerous empreinte bags and have moved to New Mexico. It is bone dry here and I feel as though the usual advice on care for this leather is different in a climate like this. In particular, i have a navy Melie in empreinte and I am nervous that it will crack where it folds. I have a leather conditioner that I use for other things, and was thinking of trying that..it's called Cadillac I believe? Anyone else try this?
Anyway, if anyone has any advice for this climate...literally with the fires recently and the wind, we've been incredibly dry here. i can already feel the leather drying out.
Thanks in advance

I don't really notice my leather drying out. I live in a very dry climate too (CO). I have a problem with my brass tarnishing on all of my LV handbags and SLGs. Does your brass tarnish? I clean my bags from time to time with the Cadillac leather cleaner and conditioner and it seems to keep them moisturized.
