Emma Roberts dress by Monique Lhuillier?

Does anyone know where I can get this dress, or what it is called? It was recently worn by Emma Roberts, and I believe it is a Monique Lhuillier dress.

I think it might be the same, shorter version of the gown that Lily Van der Woodsen wore to the Snowflake ball in Gossip Girl, but I can't be sure:

yes it is Monique, but the only place I know they are for sale is her store in Los Angeles but I am sure they are for sale somewhere else. Good luck

Sorry I should clarify I don't know if LA store sells that exact dress now, but that is the only only place I know that sells ML dresses. Once again good luck on the dress It's super cute
