Hi, I bought an Emilie wallet last year (colour rose) and the closing button is already very used (dirty? colour fades?) and I cannot clean it.
Do you know if LV exchanges the button for free? My store is Düsseldorf/Germany.

Many stores can change it on site. I believe that some people got a free repair but others had a fee. I am not sure what the policy is (or is there a policy?). But if your item was purchased within the last 12 months, it is likely that it will be free. Good luck and please tell us what happened.
