Mine is 3.5mm half-circle embrace band ring and I still absolutely love it, but I would like to have a more substantial one! So I am considering to move to 3.7mm but at the online store I see only full circle option for 3.7mm. Does anyone of you know if a half-circle is also available for the 3.7mm width? If yes, how much is the price appoximately? Full circle is beautiful of course but selecting a half circle would be safer for resizing if required in the future.

Oh great! May I ask how much the price was? Did you upgrade the ring or simply bought the 3.7mm additionally?
The half circle 3.7mm diamond band is the 70% of the price of full diamond band. It seems that buying the full circle diamond band 3.7mm is better deal, but again half circle can be easily adjusted.
I exchanged to 3.7mm diamond band 10 months after purchasing the 3.5mm diamond band, as the larger (diamond) the better.
