No that's not possible.
E-lux is strictly US Only (you need to have a US CC billing address as well as shipping address).
And they don't even like forwarding companies etc (placing the order on your behalf).
They are for US customers only.

The prices of the US is not that cheap compared to singapore since you have to pay the shipping cost and the 7% tax when it arrives in singapre.
