Elsa Peretti Turquoise Starfish Pendant

Hi everyone,

I am debating purchasing the Elsa Peretti Turquoise Starfish pendant to layer with my DBTY pendant. Can anyone post pics and give me feedback on how it wears? I am a surfer, in the ocean 5 times a week and I surf with my DBTY pendant and Love bracelets on. I don't want to baby this piece so need to know if it's something I need to take off all the time.

Here's a link to the GIA page regarding the care and cleaning of turquoise. I have a lot of turquoise (David Yurman 18k/turquoise, Ippolita 18k/turquoise), although not the Elsa Peretti starfish, and I would never wear it in saltwater. HTH!

Turquoise isn't a stone you want anywhere near saltwater. I'd pass.
