Elsa Peretti Open Heart DIAMOND Necklace

Ok Ladies,
I need a hand here in votes. I want to buy a new diamond Tiffany necklace with some money I have recently received. I am debating btw the Medium size ( large is HUGE) elsa peretti open heart diamond pendant or the elsa peretti Sevillana diamond pave on the 16" black silk cord. I've posted both links below so you can see them but what is important to note here is I have the diamond ring version of the Sevillana from Tiffany's and I LOVE it and wear it almost every day and I have the small version of the necklace as well. I don't wear them together. My concern over the heart pendant is that it is too "cutesy"?

I LOVE my silver small and medium open heart pendants- I think the diamond paved one is beautiful. The heart gets my vote and looks classic with the platinum chain.​

i think it depends on your personal style.

for me, yes, the heart is too cutesy.

They're both nice though for me the platinum chain is the deciding factor. I'd go with the Open Heart besides you already have a Sevillana ring, why don't you diversify?

I agree with Tyler... I wore the medium silver heart on my wedding day and LOVE it - I find it just as classic and it's STUNNING in diamonds! To me the silk cord kind of "lessens" it a bit? But that's just me. With the platinum chain it looks more like a really expensive "piece", you know? Plus I ADORE those hearts... I don't have any rings (would LOVE your oval ring though) but have the mini, small and medium silver hearts and wear them constantly both together on one chain, (small and mini for my little girls) and the medium just for me. Let us know what you decide - so fun! Congrats on saving the $$ - so nice to earn it yourself and buy yourself a TREA!!!

THanks so much for your opinions ladies!! Funny thing is, I actually like the black silk cord because I feel it "lightens" the mood and funks it up. I am in my late twenties so I didn't want it to look too serious, if that makes sense? I love the heart also...and would like it because it is different than my other 2 sevillana pieces but like I said...I was afraid it would be too cutesy?

I'm with you- I actually like the cord! It makes the piece more unique. Plus, nothing's stopping you from getting a platinum chain for it later on. Personally I'm not a big fan of heart jewelry, it is a little cutesy for my style but it all depends on what you like to wear.
