I know she's had it for at least 4 years

The DM called it 'gold and amber' (Dec '19) but I think the stones look more likely to be garnets or amethysts.

I'm trying to figure out who made it. It doesn't look like the style from the usual suspects (Yurman, Coin, Tiffany, etc.)....

I was thinking maybe garnet or even onyx or maybe lapis? I can't tell... does it look like a Chanel piece? I don't see her wear Chanel much....

The Chanel Gripoix clovers or crosses were all costume and quite large.

The cross' size she's wearing (and chain) looks like fine jewellery. The pendant could be antique, we wear a lot of antique and vintage jewellery in Britain. More than designer.

Looks similar to some crosses I’ve seen with Dolce Gabbana fine jewelry.

Or Pomellato? There are garnet crosses in past collections.
