I want to take the plunge and buy a belt - an "H" buckle in silver with a reversable leather strap.

What about sizing? I am small, 100 pounds, probably wear a 28 in belt. Is it better to buy new or can I find what I want used?

You may just want to stop by a boutique near you and try them out. I recently bought my first H belt with the reversible strap. I went in wanting a different leather w/silver buckle, but walk out with a gold buckle instead. Since I have bags with both HW, I may eventually get a silver buckle later.

In regards to your questions, I would say that you may be able to find a used one, but make sure you know the correct size. BTW, you may be 70 or 75 cm, just from your info above, but like I say, it's best to try it out in the store. Godd-luck!!

I knew I wanted a Silver buckle, that is what I purchased. However, my buckle has a hammered look. I think my strap was a 95 because I wear low slung pants. I have gained about 20 lbs since I bought it and can still wear it because of the way the strap goes behind itself. I wanted a black belt, so my only decision was to choose a reverse color which ended up being H orange.

I agree with the previous poster. Go to a store and play, then search the resellers.
