Edie in black or oxblood

tomorrow I'm getting the Edie in either black or oxblood. I don't own a black bag currently- I have a tan Chloe, an lv signature, damier ebene and damier azure and want to add another leather bag. Sharing what I currently own to add perspective. The oxblood is just so gorgeous. Do I "need" a black leather bag? Would love some thoughts and feedback. Thanks!

If there is a color I love, I get it. I figure there will always be black bags, and there might be an occasion when I really like a style but don't like any of the colors but black. I really love burgundys.
