Ugh! I’m so annoyed right now! I just got my repair back for my mon multiple after them having it since November and the edge has peeled off again! What are my options? This is super shoddy work.

It’s been less than a month since I got it back and it’s almost where it was when I dropped it off! Ugh.Well, when I got my repairs back, I was explicitly told that if I had any issues with the repaired spots within a year, they'll redo them. I also had the edges repainted.
Ugh. I don’t want to fight again. But I feel like I got no choice. This happened to me with a Brazza wallet, and it reoccurred a lot sooner than yours has, even. They initially insinuated it was my fault for misusing the item, then after I got head office involved they refunded me and I bought something else. If it’s in the same spot that was damaged before, tell them you want it done again, properly, or replaced.
That sounds reasonable, and like good customer service. Not my experience at all, unfortunately. Mine developed the same problem in exactly the same area about eight weeks later and they gave me nothing but problems.Well, when I got my repairs back, I was explicitly told that if I had any issues with the repaired spots within a year, they'll redo them. Ugh. Looks like I’ll have no choice but to bring in my other wallets that are older and in better condition. Including one that’s 10 years old and doesn’t have that level of peeling. Ugh. Not my idea of fun. That sounds reasonable, and like good customer service. Not my experience at all, unfortunately. OP, it’s a pain and we shouldn’t have to fight, but stand your ground if you know it’s not right. They should stand behind their products, particularly when there’s been a shoddy repair job done, but sometimes they need a bit of a push.
