Eddie Borga bracelet

I just purchased the Eddie Borga pave pyramid bracelet in small from Neiman's. Just wondering if a jeweler can size it...make it smaller?. I have a teeny tiny wrist, but love the bracelet..so pretty next to a watch and my soon to be Hermes Clic Clac . Does anyone know if you can size down costume (Swarovski) jewelry? Neiman's seemed unsure. May have to return it.
