Ya know how you save stuff and you sometimes bid without thinking.Well I did.I didn't study the inside of the bag and didn't know about the inside tag duh!Well I contacted the seller and tried being civil and this is what she said.

Yeah I just got off the phone with them and the paypal rep said that if I file a dispute that it will tie her funds up if she has any.

She hasn't wrote me back since the last email of me telling her that I don't want her to ship me that bag.You can see what the person said about the details of the purse being off in the Authenticate this Dior thread.I didn't catch it and I feel stupid.I'm good with Louis Vuitton and I thought it would nice to get something different for a change but I guess not.

Yep plus shipping and she ranting about that.Yeah I know thats cheap if it was real.I'll stick with LV where I know what its going for,if its real,and if i'm getting a true deal.She is silent so I guess she's sticking with trying to ship it off tomorrow.

no dont give up on Dior like that pls they`re really fabulous bags ! :crybaby: all u have to do is ask us to authenticate this for u before u buy anything and u will get a real deal ! saddles and gauchos are so great...

I have been loving Dior since I became fond of LV back in 04 but was not sure about the detail of them so I left it alone.I had never been in the Dior part of TPF until last night when this happen.I thought that I checked everything out within like a 10 min period before that auction ended.I love Saddle bags thats why it caught my eye.I really feel I'm not going to get my money but I'm praying I will.I am not giving up on them.I will just consult with you girls that know about it first.My husband is like oh well your the one that bidded you should of done your homework and he's right but she wants to me accept it.She doesn't have a return policy listed period.I don't know what to do.I can't even study my college work cause i'm so upset.

it would actually good if you received the bag from her and then escalated to claim ... i think Paypal will accept it easier if they know u received the bag and u know from the real thing not from the pics that its a fake ... one way or the other a lot of gals get their money back in that situation from paypal so dont worry hun ! :yes: and always visit us first ! :lecture:

It doesn't matter if she has a return policy or not. If the bag is fake, and paypal sides with you, you will get your money back. So please don't worry! Also, after you file a dispute with PP, call your credit card company and they will do a chargeback for you. No worries!

The seller escalated the dispute I started.I am in tears as I write this.She's trying to put herself out there as the victim.

Seller listed counterfeit item and I didn't know until the fact after when I paid for it.I have tried to reason with her and she's being very rude.I have pointed out to her details of the handbag that shoes that its fake.Seller hasn't responded since.

I think you should get the bag so you know it's actually fake, and not just from the pictures...I dunno, paypal might be okay with using their pictures, but I'd guess they'd want sufficient proof

She gave me a full refund I discovered this morning.I wrote her and told her each step i've taken against her.I also told her if she shipped that bag I would use it as evidence.I got very legal with her and everything I said was factual so I think she realized that this was serious and just because she was on the seller end that that didn't mean a thing.All she kept talking about was fees that she hadn't even paid yet and also about how she could send the other person a second chance offer but this is the way she operates.If she relist that bag i'm turning her in and I'm starting a thread on here so others can turn her in as well.

Thanks to everyone for their advice.I will be more careful on eBay thats if I ever buy off there again.I will also consult with you girls before I make a move again on there.
