Hello! I have a long history of selling luxury bags that I either fell out of love for or just changed my mind after realizing it doesn’t suit my needs. I always take a loss even thought sometimes they’re in brand new condition because I just never reached for them.
I posted a Sac De Jour Souple on eBay at an amazing price and the “Authenticator” deemed it not as described and began to list a bunch of defects THAT DO NOT EXIST!!!!! They tried saying the interior was “discolored” but the suede interior is a lighter color than the exterior!!! That’s how the bag was made! They tried saying that there was discoloration BIT THERE DEFINITELY IS NOT! I’m completely dumbfounded! I lost the sale due to their negligence.
Has anyone else ever experienced this????

I haven't sold on there in years, and through my friend's account cuz I can't be bothered. I did recently purchase though and the lovely girl I purchased from told me the authenticators are SUPER SUPER picky and she has to list EVERY LITTLE FLAW or they will kick it back.

Thank you for your response. My bag has only been used twice and never without the Zoomoni organizer for them to say that the interior is discolored and dirty is just flat out false. I’m wondering if they didn’t realize the Zoomoni is a third party insert that I included as a bonus. The Authenticator a should know their stuff if they’re “authenticating”

Could be for sure. But they also check the listing VS what they have so if the listing didn’t say that? I have no idea and this is why I try to just sell to Fashionphile or something because I get stressed out!
