Ear Wrap In or Out ?

Hi, I saw a lot of ear wrap/cuffs, some are cool and some are really sweet. I found some I really like but just want to know are they still in or out ? I know they are popular years ago.

Definitely in, but to me they're for younger ladies. I've realized that if my dd14 is begging me for something, I'm too old for it hehe.
