Each dooney bag

Hello ladies! I'm bumping this thread to hopefully get an answer to my question. I'm looking to buy a Dooney bag that starts with 'B3' then has a series of about 6 more numbers. Can anyone tell me if the B3 or any more of them mean where/when it was made? I looked for a thread to explain but cannot find it! TIA!
