e-rings: When did you upgrade?

For those who have chosen to upgrade their engagement rings (I know many people do not choose to do so), how long after your engagement/marriage did you upgrade?

Did you get the upgrade on an anniversary/birthday/Valentines? Or just when it suited best financially?

I've only been married for somewhat more than a year now, but as I am perfectly happy with what I have, I don't think I will upgrade (but never say never, right?!)
I currently wear my wedding band and celebration ring together with my e-ring, and I do would like to add another celebration ring to my stack at some point, though...

We upgraded my setting for our upcoming 10th anniversary, but I used my original diamond in the center.
