Kate Spade Dye Kate Spade?

Has anyone done this before? There are lots of posts and websites on dying leather purses but I am wondering how it might affect the Kate Spade markings.

Can't say I have ever thought about dying a bag. What color are you looking for though? The leslie comes in a whole bunch of colors...

The one I have is white but there's staining. I thought about dyeing it to make the purse more wearable without worrying about the white getting dirty.
