I have a friend who is flying out to Asia on business and will have layovers in Hong Kong and Seoul, Korea. He has graciously agreed to pick up a few Hermes accessories for me if he has time to visit the duty free shops during his trip. If I wanted to get enamel bracelets which location would offer the best price: JFK (NY), Hong Kong, or Korea? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
