duty free is this store.......legit?

Hi everyone,
I'm in new york this week visiting friends before I move to florida I came across this store called duty free is it legit? I'm skeptical has anyone heard of them?

I am pretty sure the only place you will find DUTY FREE is at borders and they are government operated. I could be wrong..but I dont think just any store can sell duty free.

I've been in there a few times, while some of the prices aren't super, the bags look legit. nice people run the place!
