Duetto Crossbody

Hey all.. I saw the Duetto Crossbody bag today for the first time at Saks and don't know much about it. It's a great style, but I haven't seen any posts about it here, so I wonder if anyone has any thoughts/reviews.

At $990, it's the right price, and the size is perfect to replace my old worn out Celine Trio; however, I'm a little wary of the smooth leather on top. I'm relatively new to Givenchy, so any feedback would be much appreciated. Thx!

Havent seen this bag yet, but all the smooth leather bags I own from G, I've had no issues at all. Still, maybe wait a few weeks and see if anyone owns one or ask sa to see if ppl have any complaints.

I saw this in person at Nordstrom the other day; it comes in a lot of colors which is nice but it doesn't look like it would hold too much. Also the smooth leather on some of the ones I saw was scratched, so that was off putting... I'm interested to know how they wear and tear with normal use.

Had anyone bought this bag yet? I like the navy burgundy one. But the flap getting scratches worries me too.

I saw in a description that the bag had a "slip pocket." Is that on the outside (opposite of the flap side?)
