Dress Code, Uniform, or Anything Goes ??

I work at an ad firm and the dress code is casual, which is perfect for me since I don't have to immediately throw away all my college clothes (just finished last summer). I still live in jeans, but somehow upgraded to heels instead of sneakers (love that I don't have to feel too dressy when I wear heels now unlike in college) and wear some dressier tops instead of basic t-shirts/hoodie.
