Personally, unless it's an issue you can't live with, I wouldn't risk it for aesthetic purposes. It's a very dangerous surgery.

I heard that in Korea double jaw is done for aesthetic purposes not like other parts of the world
Bone surgery can be done all together so I don't think you have to worry about doing double jaw with v line
Why don't you check out EU Dental; they seem to be mentioned pf quite a lot

I think that everyone has an individual case but I didn't find any clinic that could do to me 2-jaw (I'm Caucasian and I have a deep overbite) But for them, it's ok and by their standards, they can do 2-jaw if you have underbite or strong asymmetry of the face. When I asked for on the aesthetic side, all clinics refused me of the double jaw surgery.
The only thing that they told me that they can correct the asymmetry of my chin. Yes, I did it and everything went well, but I still need 2-jaw and I will probably look in another country coz here in the U.S. it costs a lot of money.

Where's Izien located?
EU Dental is located next to EverM so I'm considering to consult with both
