Double Flap restoration recommendations?

My chanel which I love so much took all the beating thru the years of uses. Any recommendations on how to store it without ruining the value? 1st pic was when I got it yhe rest are current pics. The shine and I puff is gone. any way to restore the shine or purffiness?

Looks like lambskin, you could buff some cadillac conditioner after a gentle clean.

How old is your bag? I always wonder if the puffiness will eventually flatten on mine, as well as if I take really good care of them, will they stay puffy.. hmmmmm

I too would like to know how long you’ve had the bag for and how often you use your bag. Just bought a couple of lambskin bags and definitely do not want it to flatten over time.

I also recommend getting saphir renovateur. I use it on my red and baby blue lamb bags. It works really well in moisturizing the bag and helps protect the leather during the cold winters as the air can get pretty dry.

Also, the bottom edge of the bag looks like the leather peeled off. No conditioner will be able to restore that part. Best option would bring to a bag spa. From looking on YouTube, they typically use a leather cleaner to clean the leather, paint the edge with black paint, let the paint dry, and then condition it with leather conditioner.
