Double Bow HELP

Can someone please do a video for How to tie a Double Bow with a Bandeau for Dummies?? I cannot figure this out and I own four bandeaus !

Take a look at post #3282 by kartingmom for a tutorial. I've done the double bow a few times, but find the top bow comes loose sometimes, I could be doing something wrong.
