i sold a bracelet to a women in canada and she just emailed me saying she never recieved it. she bought it in january. i looked for the receipt but can't find it. i don't know if she is lying or telling the truth. i told her to check customs. it was a confirmed address and i remember i mailed it on the 19th. what should i do.

Are you saying you don't have the receipt with the tracking information? How about a confirmation email?

If you set up shipping through Ebay and she paid by Paypal, there should be a shipping link in your Paypal account with the tracking number. HTH

How did you send the package to Canada? If it's by airmail sometimes it can take up to three or four weeks for the package to arrive at its destination. Also is there anyway the package is trackable? Such as insurance?

Hi I Don't Have The Reciept And Yes We Went Through Ebay And She Paid By Paypal. I Think I Sent It Air Mail And I Told Her To Check Customs. And No I Don't Have Any Emails From Her Saying She Recieved It.

Maybe you can go to your post office where you shipped the item from and talk to the postmaster and they may be able to find it for you if you know what date you sent it out. Her package may still arrive. If you don't have proof of delivery then she can file an item not received claim with paypal and get the money back. I never ship more than I am willing to lose outside of the US. I hope things work out for you. Good luck!

The post office is required to keep customs forms for 30 days, if you know the date you mailed it you should be able to start with them finding the customs form, it may have your insurance number on it... not sure.

Go into your Paypal account and search recent transactions. Find the one where she paid for the item, there should be a link on the same line that has shipping information. Click it and it should give you the tracking info.
