I seriously doubt it.
Otherwise, just anybody can get a Tiffany and co ring without meeting their diamond standards. Years ago, Cartier would accept a non Cartier diamond to set into a ring but the diamond had to meet strict criteria. These rings are marked Cartier montage inside the band rather than just Cartier. I don't believe they will do this anymore.

A coworker of mine bought a Tiffany setting on ebay, but I have to say, it didn't look like any Tiffany setting I had seen before. I didn't want to call him out, but I didn't think it was legit.

The other thing to consider.
Unlike Cartier, Tiffany and Co does not have "in house" jewelers for production.
Their pieces are all outsourced.
If you have a great diamond dealer, he/she might have a relationship with one of the houses that supplies Tiffany and co and you can potentially have the same craftsman (but not the trademark stamp, of course)...

No, they will not but that doesn't mean you can't get what you want (unless what you want is the trademark stamp.) If you do a little research you can probably find out which designer worked on a design and get almost the exact same style from them like Ame said. Good luck!
