Just curious? I think this is a really important practice for maintaining your clients. I feel like no one does it anymore. Do you guys receive them still? It's just so nice receiving good old hand written snail mail!

Never gotten a thank you card, but I do get a handwritten christmas card from Cartier around the holidays. It´s really beautiful and a very nice gesture.
It depends. But I take no offense if they don't send me one! I feel the service is what I truly look for! If the service is above minimum and well done. That's all I need to want to have my purchases done from the same SA! I don't think or feel just an extra thank you card would make me stray from purchasing in the future! If the service was mediocre or unpleasant, I would choose a diff SA, but still buy from the same company if the value of a products are worth my while! But everyone has their own opinions and perspectives of great customer service!
