Does your PIANO grimace ?

Bonjour, I would like to know if your CABAS PIANO grimaces. As you can see on pictures a side is creasing (I don't know if it's the right word in english). I suppose it's coming from the way I wear the bag at shoulder. What's about yours ? Merci.

I notice mine crease like yours on the bottom. When i'm not using it I stuff a bed sheet in it so it keeps its form.

I have this bag and yes mine does it too. It kind of folds in near the side/bottom even though I fill it right up. It bugs me. It's been in my closet for a year now.

My piano came with the cardboard insert to keep the shape. Would using it reshape it eventually?? or can it prevent it?
