Does VCA no longer have online shop?

I looked at the website and everything looks like phone order. What happened?

Not for me. I just threw a Vintage Alhambra pendant in cart to see, and I’m able to checkout if I wanted.

It still exists. Make sure you’re not on the international site…

Also some items are only phone orders, I think bc of not being available ole maybe price I believe too.

Check the URL on your browser, make sure it looks like this where the region and language is included:

https://www.vancleefarpels.com/us/en/

Otherwise you're on the international website which doesn't have sales price or 'Add to Bag' button.

You're welcome! Usually the /us/en part is updated to the URL automatically based on your IP address, but everyone's firewall and internet router/ VPN setting is different so your IP can be masked and you may accidentally landed onto the international site if you don't double check I sometimes update the URL part manually if I want to see the sales price in other countries, like change it to /jp/en for Japan, /fr/en for France
