Good evening all,
I may be lucky enough to get a Birkin 35 in black Togo tomorrow and as I love the look of slouchy Birkins I was wondering whether, with time, the Togo on a 35 may look softer and slouchier? If yes, I would love to see some photos of your Togo that has been softened. Thank you!

It will definitely soften and get more slouchy, especially if you store the bag without the air pillows or bag insert.
How exciting you might get a new B. tomorrow! And you can't go wrong with black. My first B was also a 35 in black Togo. Still love it, it's a classic.

any leather come from different animal. i own 6 togo birkins in 35 and 30s, and some are thinner / softer and some are more sturdy and rigid. having said your b is 35, it is very likely to get slouchy with more use. how exciting to receive your birkin tomorrow! enjoy it!

Thank you all so much for your input! I have actually taken a scary step and am planning on exchanging 10 of my handbags for a Birkin as it is my dream handbag and I will also free up a lot of closet space. It was a toss between the Birkin and a Kelly but I feel that although the Kelly would be more practical as it has a shoulder strap, the Birkin has always been on my wish list and I would regret not choosing it.

Does anyone have a B25 is Togo too? I might be getting my hands on one soon. So I wonder how much will it slouch being a small bag.

It gets slouchy. I have a Togo B35 that is not used since I got it in 2013. I didn't use it cos after I got it I was pregnant and didn't want to use such a heavy bag. So I left it on its box but the box is not a hard solid material. So the weight of the bag being heavier than the box, caused the entire bag to slouch. The front part has an obvious collapsed look right now:
