Does PS1 come with 1 or 2 straps or it depends?

Hello,

I just bought my first PS1 from neiman marcus. May I ask though, what comes with a PS1? I see other owners say it comes with 2 straps???? I'm not sure. I only got the dustbag, some cards/tags and 1 strap. The knot has been untied as well. It's the large PS1 in Krishna yellow. Is it normal to only get one strap??
