Does plain Love Bracelet slide over diamond Love??

I have two Loves with four diamonds and thinking about adding a last one plain.
Is it true that the plain ones are a bit thinner? If diamond one is size 17, will a plain size 17 slide over it, or will it look awkward?

if you get the diamond love and plain love in the same size they will not slide over each other. the difference in thickness is minute and is barely noticeable when wearing them next to each other.
