Neiman Marcus has the black magnetic Chanel boxes and white Camilla flowers for the Classic flaps and reissues. You should contact your SA to send you a set!
Your bag might have been sent from the warehouse.The warehouse doesn't have the "icon" packaging, they just ship out in original shipping box. Just contact your SA and tell her/him you would like them to send you a box.
Yes they do...I got my reissue from NM and it came beautifully wrapped with the magnetic box, ribbon, and camellia. You should have gotten the same but as the others mentioned, you should contact your SA and he/she should be able to send you all of that.
