Does juicy couture shades comes with a case?

Hi ladies,

I recently purchased a pair of shades from juicy couture online store, however, the shades just came in a transparent ziplock bag, with no case nor cleaning cloth.



I have emailed the customer service and they replied that they do not provide eyewear cases. Can anyone confirm if this is true? TIA!

They used to. Maybe with the change in ownership they found cases to be too costly?
Some being sold on amazon are being sold with a case
