does it matter who is on the receipt when you bring item to repair louis vuitton?

Hello, I have couple of Louis Vuitton bags I want to bring for repair. however, my name wasn't on the receipts. I brought from someone else. Does it matter? They are all less than a year on the purchase date/date-codes.

Also, do louis vuitton stores still give out free keys? I heard someone said they won't give out keys for free anymore. I have couple of locks without keys and I need replacement.

I don't know about the keys, I imagine it varies from boutique to boutique. However, it doesn't matter about the name on the receipt. You don't even need to show them a receipt. If the item is authentic they'll repair it.

Keys: if the number that u are looking for is available, there would give it to u. The number is on the lock and key.
