Does Givenchy use metal tag inside bag?

My husband got me a Nightingale from Fashionphile that was supposed to be made in 2016 and I am questioning it's authenticity. The interior has a metal plate over the pocket that says:

Givenchy
Paris
Made in Italy

Has anyone ever seen metal used?

I haven't seen anything like that it may be the the part of custom packaging or product ?

I have looked online and see mostly leather tags. I saw another one on a Nightingale on Rebag, but I’m not sure how reputable that site is. This is what the tag looks like. I just can’t seem to find it being used much.
