Does “full set” mean a different dustbag?

I paid a deposit for a Chanel bag from a reseller, but in the invoice I realize the included dustbag is not the original, but a different Chanel dustbag. Not a huge deal but it was advertised as a “full set”. I expressed my disappointment but she claims that it’s normal in reselling to sell with non-original dustbags. I thought “full set” meant all the original items it sold with—box, dustbag, authenticity card, sometimes receipt. Can someone confirm is this is true?

I would think so….unless they specified non chanel dust bag or not in original dust bag…

You are correct, she is being deceptive. It should mean as if fresh from the store. From the store they don't hand out just any dustbag.

Should include a Chanel dustbag however not all boutiques hand out the same specific dustbags for bags. I have been offered different dustbags depending on my liking.
