Does Coach take a long time to ship?

I ordered a Dinky 24 ( in store)the day after Christmas. They said it would ship from another store in 1-2 days. I contacted them ( online) and it still has not shipped. I have not ordered anything from Coach in years. I know it’s the holidays but I’m worried I won’t even get it!

I had an order for one hanging on for a month while they tried to find one in a store but they never did so I had them cancel. That was about 2 weeks ago. I think the site is lying about them being in stock.

If I'm not mistaken I feel like I've seen multiple members here say they ordered Dinky 24's and the orders were all cancelled and something about a glitch in the system making it seem like it was available to order when it isn't. I think I read that on here somewhere but can't remember where. I hope you get it, but chances may be slim. I have a Dinky 24 that I absolutely love. They are great bags so maybe your order will come through!

Nice!! Love Chalk! I have Denim. I had and sold butterscotch and am forever kicking myself for doing that because it was gorgeous. Would love to own black too. I wish I could carry Chalk but I am just way too hard on bags to carry anything white. (plus 3 messy, sticky-fingered toddlers, LOL!

I love the Denim! And I totally understand bag regret...ugh! I grabbed the Chalk because it seemed like my only option to own a reasonably priced Dinky 24. She will have to be my special occasion bag though! Glad to have her in my collection I now have my eye on a Riley bag, lol!

Hi everyone, sorry to revive this thread but also don’t want to create a new one. I placed an order over the phone because it’s sold out online. The CS rep says since they have it in stores I can order. Order placed but my status says Backordered instead of “shipped from store” or something like that. Is that normal...?
