Does Coach Embellish Vintage Coach bags?

Hi,
I am dying to have a small vintage coach bag like Poppy Striped Legacy or a Penny embellished but not sure if they will do it. Does anyone know?

You know, I am not sure that they do, but I want to say yes. I swear someone on here took an older style in to get it customized. @AntRay23 do you do this?

When I was at the Post st. Store in SF, they offered to embellish my Chelsea crossbody that I was wearing. I was travelling, so I didn't ask about other bags. I got the impression that they would, as they were selling me on the fact that it gives bags a new look.

I asked if they did vintage bags when I got one of my new ones done and they told me they would. This was at the store in Scottsdale AZ. I'm not sure if others will though. It seems from what I've heard different stores have different policies. I also read on a Facebook Coach group that they are doing away with the pins and are going to introduce something new in mid April, so if it's the pins you wanted you should probably do it soon.

I wanted to get something with pins during the 30%, and noticed the option was missing online. Sad, I loved them the most! I wonder what the replacement is. They need to put an "edgy" option back in.

Yes they do.
One of the DFW flagship store manager told me the vintage bags are their favorite to do customization.

Okay, so I stopped at my Coach store and they said that they will. They said it can be either a new Coach or a vintage one. I can choose from their pre-made layouts or they can work with me and do my own design within limits though.

I was in the Coach store in Woodfield IL recently and I asked about vintage bag customization. The SA said that they will customize vintage bags but she recommended going to the flagship store on Michigan Avenue in Chicago. She said that they have Craftsmen available onsite and a much larger selection of embellishment products. She said that there would be a charge but that they would work with you on the design and give you an estimate.
