Does Coach actually "repair"

Had to sent my younger daughters swingpack in for some stitching repair. They told me 4-6wks.

Guess i am curious on whether they will repair it or just credit us, exchange it etc.

Oh thank you! it's long been fixed but i ended up having to use a leather repair place....

3 years ago, I brought in my coach bag ( it's bought from coach outlet factory store several years ago) to Coach store asking for replacement of a broken hardware, it came back about 6 weeks later. $25 charged for the cost of shipping to repair center, no receipt or any purchase proof was required.
I think the coach has the greatest repair policy, even beets some of the luxury brands.
