Does Cartier ship to tax free states?

Hi folks! I live in California but will be visiting my friend in Oregon soon. Thinking about buying the pave love bracelet for a personal milestone (ten years anniversary and a baby finally!😀) so I was wondering if you know if Cartier can ship items to tax free states? Would be really nice to save some tax money since it’s quite pricey

BTW if you recommend any SAs in the SF boutique, please let me know and I would really appreciate it!

They can, but I believe the shipping address needs to match your credit card address. Maybe your friend can buy it for you using her credit card and you can send her the money?

They will send to sales tax free states.

Why not just try and see if you can't put in your credit card information and send to your friend?

I found that it depends on the sales associate. Some will ship to Oregon no problem, others will only do it if it matches the address on your license.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if you live in California and buy something in a tax free state, you still have to pay sales tax to California! It's on you to report and pay.

Yes, more or less exactly. You do not have to pay "sales tax" but pay "use tax" instead which essentially is the same.
