Does Cartier offers watch repair?

I inherited a Cartier watch from my mother. I'm not familiar with such high end watches. I'm a Baby-G watch wearer. This watch has some sort of stain or dark rust on the corner of the face and I don't know if it's running or not. Does anyone know if Cartier will offer some sort of service or repair? I have 2 Cartier boutiques within driving distance but have never stepped foot in there. Any advice or recommendation is great. Thanks!

Sorry I am not an expert either but I say take it in and ask. Cant hurt to try! I am sure they have somewhere they send it to have repairs done.

Yes they do repair their pieces including watches but u have to pay for that depending on the damage.

I am not sure how Cartier handles their servicing, but you may want to search out a good watch maker somewhere too. Some service centres will redial the watch, which will devalue it. Ask to have the dial refinished, not replaced.
